		<description>When you bust twice you pass... So if the dealer bust twice.. he has to pass the cards off... draw cards to start... Ace high will start dealing once he busts TWICE... you then would pass clockwise... I would also play with more then one deck atleast 2 if not 3 or 4.</description>
